Someone said that there are too many books in the world to finish every bad book. I've struggled through a lot of bad ones already, but since I have the warning on this one, I think I'll skip.
Indeed. It's a pity, because it does have /some/ interesting aspects and ideas . . . it just doesn't capitalise on them and instead trips over all the pits of How Not To Do A Thing.
You're probably right, but I haven't read the book.
